I am not a winter camper although I have heard from several hardy people that it’s a lot of fun. Me, I don’t want it to be snowing when I go camping.

Today I am looking out my office window at a blizzard. My driveway already has 2 foot drifts in it. I’m dreaming of warm days spent hiking trails and cool evenings spent around a campfire toasting marshmallows and later on, drinking some wine. It’s pure bliss and relaxation.

But today I have to deal with bundling up in 10 layers and shoveling snow. Camping season, please get here soon!
