Truck Campers Have Evolved
When I was a kid my cousins had a truck camper that their parents used to take them on weekend fishing and hunting trips several times a year. To say it was cozy was an understatement. It wasn’t possible for two people to walk around in it without bumping into each other at every turn. In fact, the actual floor space in it was minimal.
That has all changed though. Check out the floor plan for this truck camper from Okanagan. It has a slideout area that includes a dining area, a six to ten foot refrigerator and a wardrobe for storage. There’s a lot of actual floor space for a truck camper. It even has an electric fold down tent enclosure with a foam mattress bed if you need extra sleeping room for family or friends. Even the bathroom has adequate space and is a lot different than the bathroom my cousins had where the toilet was stainless steel and was also where you sat to take a shower and and to use the sink to brush your teeth. It is pretty darn nice.
